Weddings are the happiest day of a couples' life and I thrive on capturing the joy and excitement by taking a documentary or 'photojournalistic' approach to your wedding photography. My role is to be as unobtrusive as possible and yet be right in the middle of things to capture the true emotions of the day. The resulting images are vibrant and poignant. I am happy to take formal group portraits in addition to this if requested, but the majority of the shots I take are more intimate and personal as a result of being taken in a candid manner. Every wedding I photograph includes a photoshoot on the big day of just you and your partner where I take you aside from the hustle and bustle for 40 minutes and take more creative, posed shots to give you some truly memorable images of the two of you.

Based in Cardiff, all my prices include travel anywhere in mainland UK. I am familiar with a variety of wedding ceremonies, religions and civil partnerships and I pride myself in learning about you as a couple, and the events of your day. To get the best images I believe it is important your photographer understands your vision for the day and the rituals being performed and this is what sets me apart from a lot of photographers and what will make the photos more personal to you. Leading up to your wedding I learn about your theme and what you want your images to look like. During the pre-wedding consultation we can look at the kind of photos you like, and tell me about any special details you want to make sure make it into that album.
